DESCRIPTION: The Scope of Services consists of, but is not limited to, coastal engineering services related to effectively maintaining the coastal environment, and specifically, Panama City Beach. Anticipated services may include beach erosion control project planning, design, and construction phase engineering; coastal engineering analysis and modeling, state and federal permitting for beach erosion control projects; geotechnical study, including development of offshore sand resources; construction management and observation; collection, analysis, and reporting of beach and offshore survey monitoring data; and environmental services assistance.
