Summary of Specifications:
SEALED PROPOSALS to provide Concessionaire Services to the Bay County H. G. Harder’s Recreational Complex shall be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on November 14, 2011. Sealed Proposals shall be publically opened at 2:00 PM (CST) on November 14, 2011.

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with proposer’s name, address, date and time of opening, and RFP number 12-01 for Concessionaire Services to the Bay County H. G. Harder’s Recreational Complex.

Please submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of your proposal package.
