DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work consists of demolition and disposal of the structures known as the former Bay County Mulberry Avenue Government Complex which included the Property Appraiser and Tax Collector’s offices, Emergency Operations Center, Builder’s Services (to include the east side facing Oak Avenue) and a storage building on 6th Street adjacent to the former County Manager’s office. These buildings, structures, and areas are approximately 34,437 square feet.
