Summary of Specifications:
STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide design for the CR 2297 Bridge Over Laird Bayou will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Bay County, Florida at the Purchasing Department, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida, 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on October 7, 2011. Submittals will be publicly opened and acknowledged at 2:00 PM (CST) on October 7, 2011. Statements of Qualification shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with respondent’s name, address, date, time of SOQ deadline and RFQ number for “Design of CR 2297 Bridge Over Laird Bayou”. PRE-QUALIFICATION: 1. Technical proposal packages must include proof of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) qualification in the following categories: Major Bridge Design – Concrete (FDOT Professional Services Work Type 4.2.1), Lighting (FDOT Professional Services Work Type 7.2), Minor Highway Design (FDOT Professional Services Work Type 3.1), Design, Right of Way, and Construction Survey (FDOT Professional Services Work Type 8.2). Project Development & Environmental (PD&E) studies (FDOT Professional Services Work Type 2.0), Soil Exploration (FDOT Professional Services Work Type 9.1), Standard Foundation Studies (FDOT Professional Services Work Type 9.4.1).
