RFP-11-08 - Design & Construction of Roads & Bridges Facility & Vehicle Maint

Summary of Specifications:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: It is the intention of this RFP to find a Contractor that is capable of designing and constructing a nine thousand – six hundred (9,600) square foot metal building for housing the Roads and Bridges Division and a two thousand eight hundred (2,800) square foot metal building addition to the existing vehicle maintenance facility. The location of the project is at the Bay County Yard on Fire Tower Road, Bay County, Florida. The Contractor shall be responsible for complete construction including engineering, architectural drawings, site preparation, slab and footers, building erection, electrical service and distribution, telephone/data service, HVAC, and all other work associated with complete construction. The contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the design and construction of commercial metal buildings.
