RFP-13-19 - Disaster Debris Monitoring Services

Summary of Specifications:
Bay County requires the support of Disaster Debris Monitoring Services in preparation for and in response to an event. The Disaster Debris Monitoring Services are necessary to support the debris removal from public rights-of­ way, public property, and private roadways when deemed necessary in accordance with Bay County ordinances, monitoring reduction and disposal sites, as well as mobile monitoring services and debris verification services to assure debris management plans and contracts are effectively and efficiently implemented. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal instructions, and shall serve as the basis for the selection of one or more firms for the work which shall be done on behalf of the County. It is anticipated that the Contractor selected shall enter into an agreement for services with the County for a five (5) year contract term.
