ITB-10-11 - FY 10 Annual Resurfacing – Collector Roads Phase II (Northshore Ro

Summary of Specifications:
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number for BAY COUNTY, FY 10 Annual Resurfacing – Collector Roads Phase II (Northshore Road). No bid will be opened unless accompanied by proof of Florida Department of Transportation qualification (current FDOT certificate of Qualification) in the following work categories: 1) Flexible Paving, 2) Hot Plant-Mixed, Bituminous Surface Courses, 3) Grading and 4) Drainage. 

FDOT Certification of Qualification form must be attached to the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid proposal. 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work consists of but is not limited to resurfacing approximately 0.53 miles of Northshore Road to include removing the existing asphalt pavement and portion of the underlying base course, and installation of limerock base course, drainage pipe and inlets, and curb and gutter.
