Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS for FY11 Annual Resurfacing – Phase 3 (CR 389 Intersections) will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CDT) on October 3, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM (CDT) on October 3, 2011. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 11-46 for FY11 Annual Resurfacing – Phase 3 (CR 389 Intersections). No bid will be opened unless accompanied by proof of Florida Department of Transportation prequalification (current FDOT certificate of Qualification) in the following work categories: 1) Flexible Paving, 2) Hot Plant-Mixed, Bituminous Structural and Surface Courses, 3) Grading, 4) Drainage, and Specialty Classes of Work: Grassing, Seeding and Sodding, and Pavement Markings. Please submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of your bid package.
