Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Qualifications from firms to study the cost and feasibility to dredge a ship’s turning basin to allow safe transit for larger Navy vessels, specifically the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), inbound and outbound of the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC). This project is being funded by a grant between Enterprise Florida, Inc. and Bay County. The Grant Agreement is included as Attachment B.
