Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS for North Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant Liner Material will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CDT) on March 15, 2012. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM (CDT) on March 15, 2012. 

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 12-18 for North Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant Liner Material. 

Please submit an original and one (1) copy of your bid package. 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Bay County needs 320,000 square feet of 60Mil liner delivered and unloaded to the North Bay Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 1121 Fred Anderson Road, Panama City (Southport) Florida 32409. The rolls need to be standard sized rolls, minimum of Length 560’ X Width 22.5’ (12,600Sq. ft.) with no factory seams. The manufacture must be able to deliver the product within Eight (8) weeks of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
