DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Board of County Commission, Bay County Florida requests STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS and specific PROPOSALS from financially secure firms or individuals with extensive experience in gift shop and bait and tackle shop retail operations in Florida, to lease and operate, or sub-lease, the Bait and Tackle Shop being constructed by the County on the beachfront at M.B.
