Summary of Specifications:
Litter fencing for Bay County Landfill is to be in panels with each panel section to be minimum 20 feet in length by 8 feet wide at base and 13 feet high. Combined length of sections must equal minimum of 240 feet. Panels shall be pre-fabricated for easy assembly (i.e. no welding) by the County. Minimum acceptable specifications are further described in solicitation package.
