RFP-04-30 - Pressure Washing Exterior of Bay County Jail (multi-story)

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intention of this RFP to find a Contractor that is capable of cleaning the exterior vertical walls of the Bay County Jail located lat 314 Harmon Ave. Panama City Fl 32401. Contractor shall provide labor, cleaning agents and equipment as required to clean the structure. The contractor will be responsible for the cleaning of all exterior areas including columns, balustrades and soffit areas with pressure power washing. The chemicals used must be approved by Facilities Maintenance and be capable of removing mildew, grime, carbon, dirt, and any other debris accumulated on the exterior. Provide a test application of the cleaning (5-0' x 5-0') to area for owners approval prior to proceeding with the full overall application. Provide surface preparation, dry time and application per the manufacturers recommendation.
