RFP-03-31 - Provisions to Service First Aid Kits

Summary of Specifications:
PROVISIONS TO SERVICE THE FIRST AID KID PROGRAM: The Initial kits, Cabinets and Contents shall be inclusive of the kit/cabinet, and kit/cabinet contents. The vendor shall agree to provide stock for all County owned Kits/Cabinets at the same content replacement fees as an initial kit/cabinet purchase. The vendor shall organize Initial Kits/Cabinets so that contents are easily accessible, and content placement is consistent throughout all departments. The vendor shall be required to provide a 24-month guarantee on all prices.The vendor shall supply the County with a written physician's statement endorsing the kit products and the adequacy of the kit contents in responding to routine workplace injuries. 

The contents shall meet OSHA or ANZI standards.
