Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Qualifications from firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services and Resident Compliance Specialist (RCS) Services for the Wildwood Road Sidewalk Project. The construction consists of a sidewalk along the east side of Wildwood Road from the Kmart driveway to Big Daddy Drive. The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of concrete sidewalk; construction of gravity wall; removal and replacement of drainage structures; and placement of an asphalt overlay. The construction estimate is $720,000.The project is being funded by a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Project (LAP) Agreement (#429647-1-58-01 and 429647-1-68-01).
