RFP-03-37 - Replace Air Handler and Duct Cleaning

Summary of Specifications:
2.1 The Contractor shall demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of commercial Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Duct Cleaning. The Contractor shall be fully licensed to do business in the State of Florida and Bay County. SCOPE OF WORK: 

The Bay County Jail is located at 314 Harmon Avenue, Panama City, Florida, 32401. The Bay County Jail is a six-story structure. The Heating and Cooling system consists of 3ea. Air handling units, One Chiller, and a Cooling Tower. The associated Duct is metal with insulation on the outside. The Duct runs to all six floors on each unit. 

2.1 The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and services in conformance with the terms and conditions of this proposal. 

2.2 The existing equipment must be completely removed and disposed of properly at the Contractors expense.
