Summary of Specifications:
SEALED STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide architectural design services for the Bay County Courthouse Addition Design shall be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on January 19, 2012. Sealed submittals shall be publically opened at 2:00 PM (CST) on January 19, 2012. Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with respondent’s name, address, date and time of opening, and RFQ number 12-10 for Bay County Courthouse Addition Design. Please submit one (1) original and eight (8) copies of your proposal package.
