Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS for the Resota Beach Road Drainage Improvement Project will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 W. 11th Street, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on June 21, 2011 Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM (CST) on June 21, 2011. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 11-27 for BAY COUNTY, Resota Beach Road Drainage Improvement Project. No bid will be opened unless accompanied by proof of Florida Department of Transportation prequalification (current FDOT certificate of Qualification) in the following work categories: 1) Flexible Paving, 2) Grading and 3) Drainage. FDOT Certification of Qualification form must be attached to the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid proposal. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (CST) on June 2, 2011, in the Purchasing Division at 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401.
