Summary of Specifications:
STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide design for the renovations to the Salvation Army Rental Housing will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Bay County, Florida at the Purchasing Department, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida, 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on July 22, 2011. Submittals will be publicly opened and acknowledged at 2:00 PM (CST) on July 22, 2011.  Statements of Qualification shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with respondent’s name, address, date, time of SOQ deadline and RFQ number 11-15 for “Bay County Salvation Army”.
