Summary of Specifications:
SEALED STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Specialized Boiler Equipment Fabrication for the Bay County Waste-to-Energy Facility shall be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on November 21, 2011. Sealed submittals shall be publically opened at 2:00 PM (CST) on November 21, 2011.

Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with respondent’s name, address, date and time of opening, and RFQ number 12-05 for Bay County Waste-to-Energy Facility Specialized Boiler Equipment Fabrication.

Please submit one (1) original, one (1) electronic copy, and two (2) copies of your proposal package.

Description of Work: Provide fabrication services for the replacement of two (2) Ash Burnout Chutes, Bifurcated Chutes, and Residue Conveyors during the Spring 2012 outage in February 2012.
