SEALED BIDS for the Steelfield Road Landfill Cell No. 5 Expansion will be received by the BOARD OF County COMMISSIONERS OF BAY County, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CDT) on October 17, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 PM (CDT) on October 17, 2011. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 11-45 for Steelfield Road Landfill Cell No. 5 Expansion. Please submit an original and one (1) copy of your bid package. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work shall consist of the development of a new Solid Waste Cell (No. 5) with all associated liner and leachate collection systems, permanent and temporary access roads, site work and storm water management improvements in accordance with the contract documents.
