Summary of Specifications:
LIMEROCK BASE MATERIAL Meeting the requirements of Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction, Section 911 with the largest size rock not exceeding 2-inches. Materials shall be at or below 15% moisture upon delivery unless otherwise approved by the County. Bid shall be full delivered price to the County Clay Pit located on Old Majette Tower Road.

LIMEROCK STABILIZED BASE MATERIAL Bid shall be full delivered price to the County Clay Pit located on Old Majette Tower Road and meet the following requirements. 



1. Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction, Section 911. 2. Materials shall be at or below 15% moisture upon delivery unless otherwise approved by the County. 3. Meet the following Gradation requirements:

SHELL BASE MATERIAL Meeting the requirements of Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction, Section 913. Materials shall be at or below 15% moisture upon delivery unless otherwise approved by the County. Contractor will provide a stockpile of material within a 25 mile radius of the County Clay Pit located on Old Majette Tower Road and will provide a loader and operator to load County Trucks.

NOTES: 1. Limerock Base Materials, Limerock Stabilized Base Material and Shell Base Material will be awarded individually to the lowest bidders. 2. Supplier will be required to submit certified test results from a FDOT Certified Lab for their products before first delivery.
