RFP-14-23 - Thomas Drive Pedestrian Facilities Ph V Design Build Teams

Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks proposals from the Design/Build teams for the design and construction of a project to add pedestrian facilities to Thomas Drive. The work shall be done in accordance with the Design Criteria Package shown as Attachment 4. The work includes but is not limited to design and construction of sidewalks, on the North side of Daniel Street from N. Lagoon Drive to Thomas Drive (CR 3031), sidewalks on both sides of Thomas Drive (CR 3031) from the vicinity of North Lagoon Drive to Laird Street and on both sides of Patronis Drive from Thomas Drive to the entrance to Patronis Elementary School. Work involves, but is not limited to associated drainage work, pedestrian crossings at Alligator Bayou, pedestrian cross walk striping and upgrading of signalized intersections with pedestrian signals and controllers.
