Summary of Specifications:
The City of Fort Walton Beach (City) is requesting sealed letters of interest and Statements of Qualifications from professional architectural/engineering (AE) and/or teams of such professional firms for the preparation of a Final Design Package for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) procurement of a NEW RECREATIONAL COMPLEX project. Firms and/or teams must be experienced in creating architectural and engineering design guidelines, facility programming and budgeting, site design, providing governmental representation in the coordination with the CMAR firm for this project, evaluation of the responses submitted by subcontractors; review and approval for compliance of detailed working drawings for projects; and for the evaluation of compliance of projects under construction where the CMAR delivery method has been implemented.
