Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for services to provide the utility bill design, printing and mailing services of the City of Fort Walton Beach’s Utility Billing operations. Scope of Work consists of printing and mailing complete utility bills and any other communication the City may have with its 9,600 plus utility account holders.
