It is the intent and purpose of the City of Fort Walton Beach that this Request for Proposals (RFP) promotes competitive options. It shall be the Proposer’s responsibility to advise the Purchasing Division at the address noted in Section 3.5 if any language, requirements, etc. or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to use to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Purchasing Division no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid closing date.
