INTENT - The City is seeking a qualified contractor, licensed in the State of Florida, to complete the demolition of one storefront located at 159 Miracle Strip Parkway SE Fort Walton Beach, Florida, 32548, and adjacent City restrooms. This project will include the removal of existing buildings, pavement, and specified utilities. The Contractor shall coordinate with the City on all utility disconnects and tree removal. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Florida Department of Transportation when working on Right of Way and access to State Rd. 30/Hwy 98. PLEASE SEE BID DOCUMENT FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.
