INTENT
It is the intent of this solicitation to secure a contractor to perform the necessary maintenance dredging of the entrance to Lake Earl from Choctawhatchee Bay for the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida in accordance with the verification of exemption from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and approved permit from the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE). The extent of the dredging and the location of the spoils site are shown on the attached drawings. PLEASE SEE BID DOCUMENT FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.
