It is the intent of this solicitation to secure a general contractor to complete the proposed modifications of Potable Water Well No. 2, including construction of new aerator, addition of a bypass to the Potable Water Well, and construction of a hipped roof on the existing building. The scope of services for this contract will be for all labor and materials needed to complete the work specified herein. All work will be performed in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
