Summary of Specifications:
The City is looking to contract with a professional planning firm (Consultant) that can demonstrate successful experience working with other municipalities to establish goals, objectives and strategies for implementing changes and improvements to an existing commerce and technology park through the creation of an area-specific Master Plan. Consultant will create the Commerce & Technology Park (CTP) Master Plan after analyzing the City’s entrepreneurial business climate and global technology-related jobs in conjunction with existing businesses in the CTP, including Department of Defense support companies. Consultant shall examine market forces to establish the City’s Commerce and Technology Park (CTP) as the leading center for technology advancement and development in Northwest Florida. This project is intended to result in the preparation of a CTP Master Plan that establishes the blueprint that illustrates existing and potential public and private sector opportunities in the CTP area.
