RFP-12-001 - Request for Qualifications-Design Criteria - Hedrick Recreational

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Fort Walton Beach (City) is requesting sealed letters of interest and Statements of Qualifications from professional architectural/engineering (AE) and/or teams of such professional firms for the preparation of a Design Criteria Package for Design Build procurement of a new recreational complex project. 

Firms and/or teams must be experienced in creating architectural and engineering design guidelines, facility programming and budgeting, site design, providing governmental representation in the selection of design-build firms for projects, evaluation of the responses submitted by design-build firms; review and approval for compliance of detailed working drawings for projects; and for the evaluation of compliance of projects under construction where the design criteria package/design-build delivery method has been implemented.
