REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR
BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES TO DEVELOP AN IMMEDIATE NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND A FIVE YEAR PLAN FOR CAPITAL REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS AND AN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT PLAN
The purpose of issuing this Request for Qualifications is to obtain qualifications from professional firms to provide inspection services of City facilities to determine immediate and annual capital replacement and maintenance needs to be developed into a five year maintenance and repair plan for each facility. The inspections reports would provide estimated costs for immediate repair needs and deferred needs including any escalation of estimated costs over the five year plan.
Sealed qualifications will be received at 3:00 PM on May 7, 2004 at the following address:
City of Miami Beach, City Hall - Procurement Division, Third Floor, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139.
Any response received after 3:00 PM on May 7, 2004 will be returned to the proposer unopened. The responsibility for submitting qualifications before the stated time and date is solely strictly the responsibility of the proposer. The City will not be responsible for delays caused by mail, courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence.
A Pre-RFQ Submission Conference is scheduled for April 28, 2004 at the following address: City of Miami Beach, City Hall, Fourth Floor City Manager’s Large Conference Room, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida.
YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED THAT THIS RFQ IS SUBJECT TO THE "CONE OF SILENCE, " IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 2002-3378. A COPY OF ALL WRITTEN COMMUNICATION (S) REGARDING THIS BID MUST BE FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK.
