Summary of Specifications:
The City of Miami Beach is soliciting responses from Proposers for the lease of the facility known as the “Colony Theatre Café” located at 1040 Lincoln Road. The City will grant to the successful proposer, the exclusive right, for an initial term three (3) years with the sole option and discretion of the City to renew for two (2) additional three (3) year options, to manage and operate the lobby concession together with the adjoining café, located immediately east of Colony Theatre, as described in this RFP. Sealed Proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on March 21, 2008 at the following address: City of Miami Beach City Hall Procurement Division - Third Floor 1700 Convention Center Drive Miami Beach, Florida 33139 ANY PROPOSAL RECEIVED AFTER 3:00 PM ON MARCH 14, 2008 WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PROPOSER UNOPENED. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS BEFORE THE STATED TIME AND DATE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE PROPOSER. The City will not be responsible for delays caused by mail, courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence.
