Summary of Specifications:
The City of Miami Beach is seeking to enter into an agreement with a Contractor that will be responsible for the installation, inspection and on-going servicing of all decorations during the season (Mid-November – early January with actual dates to be determined by the City annually), annual maintenance (including replacement of lamps), removal, and storage of the Holiday Decorations during a three (3) year lease period. At the end of the three (3) year lease period, the Holiday Decorations will become property of the City of Miami Beach.
