The City contemplates entering into an agreement with the successful Proposer, for an initial year term of five (5) years, with an option to renew for an additional five (5) year term, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion. The responsibility for submitting proposals before the stated time and date is solely the responsibility of the proposer. The City will not be responsible for delays caused by mail, courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence.
