Summary of Specifications:
Scope of Services The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain qualifications from architectural and engineering firms with the capability and experience to provide Architectural and Engineering services, for Planning, Design, Bid, Award, and Construction Administration Services for the Property Management Facility Project. The selected Consultant shall integrate building materials and methods that promote environmental quality, economic vitality, and social benefit through the construction and operation of the built environment in accordance with the US Green Building Council LEED Standard. The final project shall meet at a minimum the LEED Silver rating, with higher rating levels encouraged. Sealed qualifications will be received until 3:00 PM on February 4, 2010, at the following address: City of Miami Beach, City Hall Procurement Division - Third Floor 1700 Convention Center Drive Miami Beach, Florida 33139 Any response received after 3:00 PM on February 4, 2010 will be returned to the consultant unopened. The responsibility for submitting qualifications before the stated time and date is solely the responsibility of the consultant. The City will not be responsible for delays caused by mail, courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence.
