Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pensacola is requesting sealed qualifications and proposals through August 31, 2006 at 2:30 PM local time. Immediately following the deadline for receipt of submittals, those qualifications received will be opened and publicly acknowledged. Qualifications submitted without separate, sealed proposals will not be considered. Proposals will be held unopened until after evaluation of qualifications. Qualifications and proposals with an original signature and three (3) additional copies should be submitted to: City of Pensacola Purchasing Department, P.O. Box 12910, Pensacola, Florida 32521-0062. The information may also be hand delivered to the Purchasing Office, 180 Governmental Center, 6th Floor, Pensacola Florida 32502.
