Summary of Specifications:
The City’s main objective is to obtain a replacement contract (s) providing a seamless transition from the existing contracts. The City is interested in deploying a “best-of-breed” solution from a qualified Carrier(s), for a common cellular network using state of the art technology. This technology will support all of its users that use traditional switched cellular, iDEN/SMR (PTT) and data services. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on December 19, 2006, 10:00 AM in City Hall 6th floor conference room.
