A $150.00 non-refundable fee will be required for each set of Plans and Specifications. The check should be made payable to Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc. and may be mailed or delivered as follows: Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc., 10748 Deerwood Park Boulevard South, Jacksonville, Florida 32256.
