Specifications are open to public inspection and may be purchased for $50.00 from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida. Specifications and drawings are also available for review at the Pensacola Public Library, 200 West Gregory Street, Pensacola, Florida, in the Reference Department. A pre-bid conference will be held August 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM in City Hall, 1st floor Whibbs Room. Attendance is strongly encouraged as important information regarding this bid will be discussed.
