Summary of Specifications:
So as to review all contractual requirements associated with this project, a pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, October 28, 2008 at the ESP Building, 1625 Atwood Drive, Pensacola, FL 32514. Attendance is MANDATORY as important information regarding this bid will be discussed. 

Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection and may be obtained for $100.00 from the Office of TOWNES + architects, 2421 North 12th Avenue, Pensacola, Florida (850-433-0203). Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Plans and drawings are also available for review at Pensacola Public Library, 200 West Gregory Street, in the Reference Department.
