So as to review all contractual requirements associated with this project, a MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on APRIL 1, 2009, 9:00 AM LOCAL TIME at CITY HALL 4TH FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, 222 WEST MAIN STREET, PENSACOLA, FLORIDA 32502. Plans, specifications and contract documents are open to public inspection and may be purchased for $50 from T-Square Reprographics, 327 West Garden Street, Pensacola, Florida, 32502, (850) 432-9776. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five percent (5%) for a period of sixty (60) days.
