So as to review all contractual requirements associated with this project, a pre-bid conference will be held May 12, 2009 at 10:00, AM, local time, in the City Hall 5th floor conference room, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida. Attendance is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED as important information regarding this bid will be discussed. 

Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection and may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Public Works, 2757 N. Palafox St., Pensacola, Florida. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda.
