Summary of Specifications:
So as to review all contractual requirements associated with this project, a MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held September 15, 2009, 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME in the VINCE WHIBBS CONFERENCE ROOM, 1ST FLOOR of CITY HALL, 222 W. MAIN STREET, PENSACOLA, FLORIDA 32502. 

Plans, specifications, and contract documents are open to public inspection and may be purchased for $50.00 from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Plans and specifications may also be viewed at the Pensacola Public Library, 200 West Gregory Street. 

Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five (5) percent of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
