Summary of Specifications:
Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection and may be purchased for $50.00 (non-refundable) from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Specifications may also be viewed at the Public Library, 200 West Gregory Street. 

So as to review all contractual requirements associated with this project, a MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held DECEMBER 22, 2009 at 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME, in the WHIBBS CONFERENCE ROOM, 1ST FLOOR of CITY HALL, 222 W. MAIN STREET, PENSACOLA, FLORIDA 32502.
