Summary of Specifications:
Services may include, but are not limited to, preparation of all agendas; preparation of minutes for all meetings; computation of benefit levels for retiring firefighters and preparation of an appropriate recommendation to the Board; maintain records of all contributions to the plan by source; maintain records of individual retirees’ benefits; prepare and distribute semi-monthly retiree payments; make all payroll related tax deposits; file all required forms and issue 1099R’s; prepare State Annual Reports and bi-annual plan summary; custody records of portfolio managers; attend meetings and make presentations to the Board.
