A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on July 13, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at City Hall, 5th floor conference room. Contract documents (Plans, Project Manual) are open to public inspection and may be purchased for $100.00 at the office of Quina Grundhoefer Architects, 400 West Romana Street, Pensacola, FL, (850) 433-5575. Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five (5) percent of base bid for a period of sixty (60) days.
