Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Public Library located at 200 W. Gregory Street. Plans may be viewed and purchased for $50.00 (non-refundable) from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. 

Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five (5) percent of base bid for a period of sixty (60) days.
