Summary of Specifications:
Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection and may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Public Works, 2757 N. Palafox St., Pensacola, Florida. Plans and specifications may also be viewed at the Public Library, 200 West Gregory Street. 

Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five (5) percent of base bid for a period of sixty (60) days. 

Pensacola City Ordinance #61-89 established a local Small Business Enterprise Program. The SBE Participation goal for this project is 10%.
