The project consists of drainage improvements at the intersection of 12th Avenue and Cross Street for the City of Pensacola. Demolition efforts will involve the demotion of four residential structures. The existing stormwater retention pond will be expanded. General work will include excavation and haul-out, site grading, new fencing installation, cut and patch of adjacent roads, installation of new storm structures, new storm pipe, curb and gutter, and sod.
Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Bidding documents may be viewed at and purchased from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida for $50.00 (non-refundable) including UPS shipping.
